  • What are the check-in and check-out times? 

    Check-in is available any time after 2:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.


    We offer easy, contactless check-in for your convenience. Your room number and lockbox code will be sent to you at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • What is the cancellation policy? 

    We offer free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in, including no-shows, will incur the full booking charge.

  • Are pets allowed? 

    We welcome certified service dogs that are kept on a leash. However, for the comfort and wellbeing of guests with allergies, we are otherwise not a pet-friendly property.

  • Do you have a pool?

    No, we don’t have a pool. However, patrolled swimming beaches are located just 150 metres from our doorstep.

  • Can I leave my car there when I fly out? 

    Certainly! We offer both short and long-term parking for guests staying with us. Please contact our friendly team to enquire about parking rates or adding parking to your booking.

  • How far is the airport terminal? 

    We are located just 300 metres from the Gold Coast Airport terminals. It’s a flat, safe, and easy walk, with most guests reaching the terminal in around 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Are there cafes, restaurants and bars close by? 

    Yes, we’re located within a short walk of a range of local cafes, restaurants, and takeaway options.


    For great ocean views, we recommend dinner at North Kirra Surf Club. Guests of Gold Coast Airport Motel also receive 10% off food and drinks when mentioning they are staying with us.

  • Do you have free wifi? 

    Yes! We have complimentary high speed internet for all guests. 



  • Can I smoke?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, on balconies, and near the building entrance. A designated smoking area is available at the front of the property.

  • Do you have cooking facilities? 

    All rooms come standard with a microwave, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of tea and coffee for your stay. 

  • If I arrive early, where can I store my luggage? 

    Yes, we have a secure luggage room available for guests to store their bags before check-in or after check-out, free of charge. Please arrange access with our friendly team in advance.

  • Is there public transport nearby? 

    Absolutely! Bus stops for services travelling both north and south are located within 50 metres of our motel entrance.


    Our close proximity to Gold Coast Airport also means taxis and Ubers are usually only minutes away.

  • What are the best beaches to visit during my stay?

    Beaches are located within 100 metres of the motel, with the closest patrolled swimming beach just a short 150 metre walk away.


    Don’t miss the Gold Coast Oceanway, a scenic 36 kilometre shared pathway that runs along the coastline from Currumbin to Coolangatta, perfect for walking, running, or cycling.


    During your stay, we also recommend exploring the beautiful southern headlands at Kirra Beach, Greenmount Beach, and Snapper Rocks.
