Terms and Conditions
Payment & Cancellation: A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment will be processed 3 days prior to arrival. From this time, bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Check-In / Out: We are a DIGITAL MOTEL with contactless check-in/out. Our digital reception can be contacted via phone from 8am-8pm 7 days a week. On the day of arrival, guests will receive check-in instructions and a lockbox code via SMS and/or email once full payment has been received. Guests are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct. Standard check-in is from 2:00pm. Early check-in may be available upon request and will incur a $50 fee. Same-day bookings may be restricted and must be prepaid prior to arrival. Check-out time is strictly by 10:00am. Unauthorised late departures may result in additional fees.
Occupancy & Minimum Age Policy: Each room has a maximum occupancy based on bedding configuration - Standard Queen, Standard King and King Suite (2 guests), and Queen Suite (3 guests). Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in cancellation of the booking, refusal of entry, or additional charges. All guests must be 18 years or older.
Property Layout & Room Requests: The property comprises two levels and does not have lift access.Ground floor rooms must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and within close proximity to buildings. A designated smoking area is available at the front of the property. A cleaning fee of $250 will apply for any breach of this policy.
Property Use: Cooking is not permitted in rooms. The microwave is provided for light use only. Any misuse of appliances, damage, or excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges.
Damages & Additional Charges: Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file based on the cost of repair, replacement, or cleaning.
Parking: Parking is subject to availability and may be charged separately. Vehicles are parked at the guest’s own risk. The property accepts no responsibility for damage or loss.
Lost Property & Keys: Lost keys or failure to return keys may result in replacement charges. The property is not responsible for items left behind. Any items left may be disposed of if not collected within a reasonable time.
Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, the property is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during a guest’s stay.
Right to Refuse Service:
Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at its discretion where policies are breached or behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
